How it affects our reviews

It does not. Star ratings, pros and cons and overall verdicts are decided before any commercial link is added. We test every product hands on, and we keep devices for at least three weeks before publishing. Brands never see drafts and never pay for placement, ranking or favourable wording.

If we get something wrong

We update reviews when firmware, pricing or our long term experience changes. If you think we have missed something, email hello@smartpettech.org and we will take another look.
